Roma just been taken over and have a project. First year they got rid of a lot of ageing players on high salaries, they are trying to buy young potential. They recon they are 100m Euros behind the northern teams per year. Looking at a new stadium etc etc. Suspect if we are serious it will cost us a lot of money we might even have to break British transfer record to do it. IMO just do it.

I just get the feeling that Bobby might have had a few strong words the other day,during the meeting with Khaldoon and Marwood.Maybe this is just the signing that Bobby demanded and hopefully it could pay dividends.
Khaldoon is certainly no mug and he realises that the difference of keeping the PL in Citys grasp and a better run in the CL,with a signing like this,is the next step up.
