This is probably the last moment for Roma to sell the player for a lot of money, and for the player to play in a top League outside Italy.

True enough. They can't afford to keep him. I remember many here, including myself thought he had signed the new contract simply to give Roma a big Thank You check. I hope that's true. Signing of the decade. Imagine Rodwell traing alongside DDR for 3-4 years.... Could prove to be an immense window in the years to come.

.?. I'm saying that signing DDR will have a very positive long term effect on the squad, club, and certain players in particular. Possibly, the most important signing for City in the last ten years, in terms of positive future effect.
