Could be wrong here but I think he has a political tattoo and keeps it covered up. I'm sure I read somewhere on here that he is a member or supporter of a right wing party

Midfielders can play well into their thirties, look at Scholes and Giggs and since when did we want to become a selling club? We want to buy players like De Rossi to win trophies and do a job, not in the hope so we can rake in a sum after a few years.

Fuck resale value, we buy a player to get the very best out of him, not to sell him at some point down the line, I fucking hate the whole "resale value" bollocks. Add to that, despite his age De Rossi could still give us more than Martinez could, because the latter is horrendously overrated.
