So he comes back at the fitness he had before injury,he tears up the euro's,there are a lot of offers for him,then what?

Sure, if all that happens then maybe we could get close to Hazard's fee. No one seems to have any idea what the bonuses are but the base is €100m. Realistically though there are only a handful of clubs who could be bidders at that level. Probably just Barca, Madrid, PSG, and Bayern. But Barca and Madrid just bought Griezmann and Hazard respectively and are we really going to sell him to the Qataris at PSG? Maybe if PSG manages to move Neymar they come in with a stupid offer? It's not a huge list is the point and everything needs to break right. More likely is that Bayern is his only real destination.

His fee will be based imo on purely where he wants to play. If he is open minded to other European clubs, then that gives us more leverage. As, if I suspect, he only wants Bayern, then that will sadly remove said leverage.

All assuming he does want to leave :)

I think it's pretty clear that there's a clash of personalities between the two of them and that Leroy's a bit of a handful when it comes to man management. I get the impression that he struggles significantly more than the rest of the players to follow instructions, and that frustrates Pep quite a lot. The way I interpret it is that if Leroy decides to stay, then that means he'd be willing to learn and grow,and to take on the challenge of developing in the same way that Raheem has - and in that case, Pep and the club would be willing to give him that opportunity. If he decides to go, then it's clear that he's not interested in any of that, and therefore they'll be more than happy to let him go for the right price. His best trait is his potential... if it doesn't look like he's going to reach that potential here regardless of how much Pep and the coaching staff have tried to help him, then Pep will let him go without much of a fuss, imo.
