It seems pretty clear that Sane wants out. For me at least there has always been something questionable about his attitude/commitment which is a huge shame as his talent is unquestionable.

Having some balls is the easiest part of it. The difficult is to do the right thing for the club. If Sane wants out and rejects any offer from us, then we should be looking for alternative solutions. Besides, it's not clear when Sane will be ready to seriously contribute to the team. We may want to have a player who is completely fit and raring to go, not someone who might or might not be fit and prefers to be elsewhere.

For the record I want Sane to stay and fight for his place. But I don't think he wants it.

I wish he would either say he wants out or he is committed to the club. Bored of the whole situation to be honest. Club is bigger than any one person and will here a lot longer after he has stopped playing.

For anyone doubting info coming from Germany. Its unfortunately apparently his mom leaking info to German press. So Leroy is gone. This has been terribly handled by all parties. Why the hell Leroy just did not request transfer in the summer or his agents? Neither told the club he wants to leave. Crazy.

I hope you've secured your tin hat Simon. We have certain posters who think Sane is better behaved than an angelic choirboy.

For what it's worth I think Leroy has been disrespectful in his continued silence on his future intentions.
