I agree on the financial side the offer was good but don't think there was any movement on playing time/ loans etc as for the work rate i was referringmore to work ethic timekeeping training etc rather than just during game just my opinion.

I think Pep just made a mistake. I know it's almost sacrilegious to say, but if he'd had his way then we'd have ended up with Alexis Sanchez and I think he just got too fixated on a player we didn't need, which drove Sancho out.

Sancho was impatient, definitely made some mistakes in the way he went about it, but given our record with youth players and the success he's had at Dortmund, it's very hard to criticise the decision.

Ultimately, bringing him back is about who the best signing is, and outside of Mbappé, he's the best forward in his age group, and the fact he'd be club trained home grown is genuinely worth tens of millions to us, because it opens up a squad place.

There was movement, he had been called up to the preseason tour just a few months after turning 17.

I fear that Sane is going to play this out as instructed by Bayern - demanding a move etc. To minimise any leverage and reduce the fee. Hope I’m wrong.

It seems almost certain now that he will leave, but I'd be surprised if Bayern made a move in January. Surely it would make more sense for them to leave it until summer to see how he recovers for the injury, and also because he'll only have a year left on his contract then?

Think we would sold Sane in the summer but he got injured so we should be far down the line on selling him to Bayern well we should be anyway! Because the feel in the summer he was off to Bayern.

Given BM's league position they are not out of title race and would want to try and recover as quickly as possible which may push them to move in Jan. Would rather he stayed as don't think we could come any where near replacing him with the reported fee coming from Bayern.

Think the majority off city fans realise this is going to happen.

Highly unlikely he moves in January so I think this Bild article is nonsense. He may move in the Summer but a lot can happen between now and then.

I'm not convinced Bayern will come back in for him. Seems a very strange move given they already have a very good left-winger.
