Pep seemed to prefer Mahrez to Sane last season anyway, so maybe he wants a different kind of winger. Certainly if we see the Mahrez of the last few games of last season and the African Nations then we'll be fine.

We also didn’t want to lose Sané, never have done.

So just 4 left. PSG can't afford a 100m signing unless they sell Neymar and they're currently doing everything to avoid that. Barcelona already have Griezmann, Messi, Dembele and Suarez and are trying to sign Neymar. Real just lumped 100m on Hazard for LW and have 200m worth of kids on the other wing plus can't get rid of Bale.

So who apart from Bayern would want Sané this summer?

No one, which is one of the reasons I was for keeping him until next summer, but if Pep wants to sell now...

Why is it worse to sell to United? They are no threat and will waste him. Bayern are a rival for the CL and that’s even before you get into all the trouble they caused for us off the field.

You are dismissing United so why on earth wouldn't Sane?
 
£100m for Sane. £150m for Neymar?

I can’t see Pep going for him and he’s a ****. Great player mind.
