Tbh I’d have pulled out at £80 plus million as he isn’t worth the money . If rice played in Germany or Spain he would £ 60 million. So at £105 million well done arsenal .
I honestly can’t believe it to be honest. I would spend 100+ on Fernandez but Rice I can never forget his performances for England in the World Cup when he was hiding from the ball, all I saw was stones telling him where to be every time he had the ball.

Glad we didn’t do that deal, now there’s huge pressure on Arsenal to win trophies they have spent a lot of money and haven’t really sold anyone major to get cash back in. Can’t be excuses because of City are just better it’s all cards on the table for Arteta.

The squad needs an overhaul to keep things fresh. As it stands we've signed an average footballer in Kovacic who is nowhere near Gundogan's level.

We need an elite midfielder in the middle of the park.

I think Gvardiol will be excellent, but the squad needs to shake more. We have two summers of Pep left, we can't leave the next guy with an ageing squad that needs surgery.

Arise Phil Foden.

Better than Bellingham and Rice and much more akin to Silva or Gundogan than either of them. Would be worth £150m if we were buying him right now.

Rodri, KDB and Bernardo are a great 3 also.
