How much would it cost to get Rice away from West Ham this summer?

I would think considerably more than it cost to get Grealish, and with wages to match, this is not going to happen with the likes of FDJ available for considerably less.

I reckon West Ham would be a bad choice for any player with ambition's of winning trophies due to Moyes being a dinosaur of a manager whose desire to win is totally overcome by his desire not to lose.
