I'd be happy with Rice, seems like a top lad and thats one of the attributes we look for in a good player. If he wants to stay in London then we can't do much about that.

Txiki wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't have the specifics of every deal thats going on. West Ham of course will interpret it as genuine interest but Txiki will also just be doing his homework and reporting back to Pep.
