He was brilliant against the Rags,both in defence and on the attack.
I'm coming round to the idea Pep might just believe he can get the best out of him,in the same 11 as Rodri,in a more advanced/progressive role.
He is very reliable and consistent,and is attitude,honesty and approach is first class.He would be a wonderful signing for us.
Philips and Gundo out,him and MacAllister in.......no complaints from me.
I'm coming round to the idea Pep might just believe he can get the best out of him,in the same 11 as Rodri,in a more advanced/progressive role.

If they want 100m, itll be £99m for Rice & the rest for PhillipsPersonally think he’s brilliant, and versatile (CB/6/8).
If it’s a case of him being swapped for Phillips plus some cash then it’s a no brainer IMO.

It would be an absolute brick wall with Rodri Rice & Stones stepping into midfield, the height of our team would also go up a notch, when you add three of Ake Dias Walker Laporte (or replacement) behind them and Haaland up top, that’s potentially seven 6ft plus players in the side, we’d be like that Leeds team with Carlton Palmer & co
