The majority of Hammers fans are hoping Rice signs for City, the thought of him turning out for those red tarts (Arse or Mancu… delete as appropriate!) fills me with dread. He deserves to play for a top club and win things, he’s said multiple times on various platforms (Twat Neville’s pissflap podcast or whatever it’s called) that he wants to win the top trophies. He won’t do that at Arsenal. If he signs you’ll be getting a player that can shield the defence and a knack of reading an interception, he’s a great carrier of the ball, good engine and impressive injury record. Hell need some time to get up to Peps speed but he has the talent. Plus from all accounts around the club he’s a top lad as well. If he does sign… look after him for us! ⚒
Cheers,great input.

And while I'm obviously biased...the personality and character is just as important as the talent, hence why 99.9% of our lads are good uns

Cheers! Let’s hope you are right and he chooses success over whomps!

Hope so mate. Gundog, Bernie, possibly Mahrez all leaving & Kev being injured, that’s a lot of goals to replace.
Yeah, I get the worry. It's in the 'Typical City' DNA.

But we have, unarguably, the greatest coach/manager in the history of the game. He sets the standard. Everyone else scrambles to follow.

He'll have already planned for Gundo's departure and figured out a solution.

I've said this repeatedly, under Pep and Txiki, we're 2 years ahead of every club on the planet.

Despite what the FIFA playing shit-houses on this thread would have you believe.
