bellingham 100% he’s levels above and so youngDon't love Rice personally.
He's definitely coming on leaps and bounds but I find him a bit clunky. It'd be good to see him in the CL with West Ham before committing £100m+ to him.
If you were given the choice between him or Bellingham it would be 99% Bellingham surely?

It has already been reported that he won’t leave this Summer. Wonder if this news is a result of West Ham not letting him leave or City not wanting to buy him.

Only asking because it seems like a weird way of structuring a deal. I can't really imagine a scenario where the club wouldn't take the option if it were solely down to them.
