I've heard some people saying it will be funny if this falls through.

Personally, I think it'll be funnier if Arsenal still end up paying 105 million pounds for Declan fucking Rice. West Ham will have absolutely rinsed them.

Strange how this one hasn’t been finalised yet - couldbe that the player and City are waiting on decisions on current city players going? Very odd how Rice hasn’t even had a medical etc. I have a feeling there could be a twist in this one yet…..

WHU have stated that Rice passed his Arse medical weeks ago, but they're still waiting on the contract to arrive from the Gooner's solicitors.
