He has certainly had a face like thunder recently during games. Very noticable.

Tolmie has already said De Jong isn't advised by Kia.

Has he?

Don't recall seeing that.

I don't remember what thread was called but he said De Jong has been done a disservice because he isn't being advised by Kia, his agent is [Dutch sounding name] who is 'another big hitter' and he thinks De Jong will sign sooner or later.

It might have been one of the big Tevez threads.

(asks the master of the dumb question)

- He has had a face like thunder recently (during games at least)
- He has not signed the new contract offered to him
- It has been widely reported for some time now that Kia is his advisor/agent and noone has come out to deny it.

The only part possibly fabricated is the "Showdown Talks".

And to be honest, I was stunned he was not on the bench for QPR.

He didn't look all that happy when Milner gave him that 'touching fists' thing after coming off against the Rags.

However, this sounds like mischief making. Nige will get games for us, he just has to realise that squad rotation is what is going on. Balotelli, Aguero and Dzeko are missing games as well.

there is a great deal said in that article that could be absolute bollocks Sam, and is completely open to interpretation, or in this case, speculation.

I'm not raising one eyebrow but two - and NDJ isn't going anywhere.

-- Fri Nov 11, 2011 8:38 am --

^^^ I agree

Its a bit of a catch 22 situation at the moment.

NDJ hasnt really got back to his previous levels since his injury. He looks a tad sluggish. He isnt sliding into tackles, probably because he hasnt got full confidense in his timing. He was very hesitant in the Villareal home match. He really needs to get a run of games under his belt.

But we cant give him a run of games. Other players like Barry, Yaya and Milner are playing too well. And, apart from the CC game once a month, the games are too important to play someone who isnt at 100%.

Unless one of the players picks up an injury, he's likely to be on the sidelines until Yaya goes to the ANC
