Mancini has seemed willing in the past to give a young player a chance if they show they can compete.

If he bulks up some more, he's set for the Prem. He's smaller than Silva but taller (5'11). Could be a Fabregasesque player for us. He's already taller. All he needs to do is fill out his body and continue his football development which is already at high level for his age.

Yep we dont have to register anyone under 21, so the teams really have over 25 players if they include these players
