The obvious answer is to put Bellingham in the 8 role, foden as a 10 and Gordon on the left.

Forget the player's bad performance or pointing fingers IT'S THE MANAGER.
We all knew Southgate tactics before the Euro's and I think everybody sort of picked the lineups and setup.
I think Southgate would struggle playing in the EFL.Championship with this lineup and squad of players
Clueless is far too nice a word to call him ? What other club in international football would appoint him as head coach/manager, What sort of record on his CV did he have as a coach/manager to earn the right to be named england manager,
There is no point now, We just have to watch this crap and go through the motions and pray to good that some of the players take it on themselves like Foden did when he went down the middle

Watching England gives us an insight into how it used to feel for about 99% of the season under Pearce.
Almost makes me want to take up a different hobby. Maybe crochet?

The cup final and the last two England games were unwatchable if soberDid the England fans do an Etihad empty seats there? They showed our crowd and it looked quite sparse.
I wish I hadn’t watched this now. I was going to watch a programme I’d recorded but thought no watch England.
Don’t think I’ll watch the next game.
