Denmark v Finland | Euro 2020 Group Stage

I mean that's an incredibly stupid attempt to link a tragic event to a political fight between players and unions.

Christian Eriksen hasn't been over played, he's barely got off the bench for Inter Milan. 1600 minutes all season.

It's not to do with being overplayed, it's (almost always) a congenital heart defect that's almost impossible to detect - Eriksen like ever other Premier League player would have had heart screenings every preseason since Fabrice Muamba collapsed in 2012.
I agree with everything you’ve wrote. But I do think they’re over played. The nations league, extra champions league games, 39 game premier league season, meaningless international friendlies. I know the 39 game prem season never happened, but it was still a thought from the people running football.

I feared the worst when they stopped cpr and then surrounded him with flags.
Really thought he’d gone.
So a miracle he’s awake.
Same mate. It was either really good news or really bad and it was hard to see good news at that point.

All credit to the medical team for a brilliant job, I know they're trained for it but they never have to actually work like that in those situations. Also huge credit to Alti Taylor, his reactions were correct and speedy and could arguably have saved his life.

I'm shocked to hear there were channels That didn't cut when it happened.. Danish tv immedietly cut to the helicopter filming the Stadium and the City

Can’t agree with this at all. The shots were all absolutely deliberate including close ups of his crying wife, CPR and a defibrillator in use. The BBC should have cut to the studio as soon as it was apparent something was wrong. This was not a sequence events to be broadcast or commentated over.
I didn’t like them cutting to his wife, but I was quite interested to see how they treated him. I am a nosey bastard though
