This has been said by so many artists lol - wait until the money starts looking thin - there are 3 versions of some old bands touring at any one time

They‘ve not said it to be fair so just my humble opinion. It’s not been about money for them since the Devotional Tour set them up for a few lifetimes. They still deliver live but that level of performance can’t go on forever and they wouldn‘t want or need to cheat their fans.

I've got tickets for Birmingham. Pricey but it's probably my and their last tour. Be very surprised if they tour in 4/5 years time.

On a side note, this extension of the tour takes it up to April 2024...Glastonbury could be a go-er.

30 years ago today I was at G-Mex watching Depeche Mode. 30 years!!

Was a great concert, Dave was going through his junkie phase and I think the rest of them was a on some form of narcotics.
Martin singing Somebody was a highlight for me and I always remember Dave coming off stage at the end looking euphoric and high fiving the crew in the wings.



Not a bad setlist either.
