Same thing happened to me 2 hours apart for the EXACT SAME SEATS! They actually took the game off sale at one point as well. Fortunately there is enough in bank to cover the wait (who told you it was up to 10 days?) but this site and phone service (no answer after listenin to some tedious tune for several mins) is garbage. They should give a bonus on top of the refund.

Why the hell not use a basket as well where the seats can be saved for a couple of minutes. Bloody idiots. When did they reduce the points needed as well?

the lad next door to me paid £100 quid for his ticket and cant go, would it be worth him selling it to viagogo? seems as though most people see it as a rip off, dont fancy trying to sell it at the ground for him
