Genuinely - please explain what this has to do with us in the scheme of things?
you wait 18 months to complain about a post? impressive. genuinely.
Your joking right. Coz 18 months ago it was between City and Real for his signature and was completely relevant. The only nonsense is the two posts you have just done.ANY1aBLUE said:Monkfish said:ANY1aBLUE said:Genuinely - please explain what this has to do with us in the scheme of things?

Thanks for that.........................as no explanation given, I assume I was right in thinking it was nonsence - again.

MANCHESTER CITY have a new summer transfer target – Real Madrid winger Angel di Maria.
City have been alerted to the Argentina winger’s dispute with Real over a new contract.
Di Maria, 24 on Tuesday, is unhappy with his £80,000-a-week deal at the Bernabeu – but the Spanish giants, currently leading La Liga, are reluctant to increase it.
If Di Maria stays in Madrid, boss Jose Mourinho’s club would have to pay his former side Benfica an additional £10million next season, based on appearances.
That’s on top of the original fee of £25m and Real are considering cashing in on him.
Real claim they have already rejected an offer of £38m from Chelsea.
The Di Maria situation has developed at a time when City manager Roberto Mancini has his scouts looking at wingers with pace.
But even mega-rich City may look at the overall package as too expensive.

I feel the same way.pee dubya said:I really don't like him.
I mean, obviously an excellent player, perhaps he'd give us an extra dimension that we need, but he really frustrates me when i watch him.
Certainly puts me off. I have him numero uno in the world for diving at the moment. Robben, Sneijder and Suarez (Luis not Dennis) are close by and Ladyboy doesn't seem anywhere near as bad in comparison these days. I don't like him and certainly he's not worth that price!Daveth said:He's a fantastic player but unfortunately the rolling round like he's been shot antics would put a lot of people off.
I think we need another winger or two so we can change our shape if we're chasing a goal and Di Maria would be a great signing, can't see it happening really - especially not for £38m!
