No country operates open borders, it's total insanity and no administration would exist that propounded it, if anyone actually put it in a manifesto the total sum of its supporters wouldn't equal a netball team.

If by ‘the best’ you mean a Union of four separate countries with open borders that you are a citizen of then, yes. Personally, I thought it was fucking hilarious, as well as being ‘the best’.

If you want more then the EU operates ‘The Schengen Area’ which is an area comprising 26 European countries that have officially abolished all passport and all other types of border control.

That area comprises some 500 million people. Which is a lot of netball teams.
