not me, I want to joe to play, mancini has lost his marbles.
You seemingly had accepted the fact Costel will play, going as far to say you "understand his (Mancini's) reasoning"

Now, you are hoping Joe plays and Mancini's lost his marbles. How can a mistake by Joe have that much of an impact on one's thinking.

joe's mistake (when injured) has no bearing on anything, you play the best 11 in every major game. end of.

I do understand where mancini is coming from cos he's selected pants as our (madness) fa cup goalie. which is why he's lost his marble.

just another quick point or two.

NO OTHER MANAGER WOULD LEAVE JOE ON THE BENCH IN A WEMBLEY FINAL.

HAVING BOUGHT/REARED TOP TOP PLAYERS YOU FUCKING PICK THEM FFS.

clear enough?
Joe's "injury" is a mere convenience for some as he made a mistake today, that thankfully didn't cost us points. Not his first mistake this year.

And if having to watch Costel take the pitch at Wembley for an FA Cup final is the kick up the arse he desperately needs, then good.

And what are you basing the best 11 on? Nastasic is arguably better than Lescott but he handled himself well today and Nastasic was available by all accounts. And don't say it wasn't a major game because you yourself have already said there was more need for us to win than them, second isn't secure.

I'd rather go by form, and on that basis, Joe's the one who has lost his marbles.

I agree and i've certainly not seen enough to label him a top keeper.

You're worrying too much de Niro. Panty has done a stellar job recently between the sticks throughout this FA cup campaign by only conceding 1 goal in the whole competition. He deserves this chance and I'm confident he'll do the business in the final.

If he is going to play him then he must surely let him play the next two games.

It is utter madness to throw a keeper into a cup final who hasn't played for 4 weeks.

It was a gamble against Chelsea and it paid off but Wigan are no mugs and almost beat spurs today. They should have beaten us too and it was only Hart that stopped them doing so.

Not a gamble I would take if I were the manager.

It must also surely be 50/50 between Lescott and Nasty. Lescott has been very good the last few games he has played.

The decisions for me are

Pants v hart
Lescott v nasty
Nasri v Milner

Not sure what he will do.

Lescott was the right choice for today. West Ham had Andy Carroll (and Carlton Cole on the bench). Wigan are a differnt type of team and Nasty's mobility will be better to cope with their forward line.

I would go with Milner but I suspect that Manchini will put Nasri in.

No contest for goalkeeper. Pants is the FA Cup goalkeeper.

no point mate. De Niro is hysterical when it comes to Hart.

You are hysterically refusing to accept that Panti is an excellent keeper, even as good as Hart overall ( each have their own deficient areas ). Unlike what you think, the team wont be weakened if Panti plays ( which he will ).
