It's shut on Monday's, I'm only across the road at the Didsbury house hotel.Go to Olive and Vine for tapas then pop next door for a real ale in Ye Old Cock where they’ve extended the backyard.

Third Eye for a curry,next door to the Dog and Partridge for a bevvy then over the road to Casa Italia for late coffee.
Was brought up in Northenden. In the 50's there were no restaurants there and only about 3 pubs. Most of the land was subject to restrictive covenants forbidding alcohol.
Different times: we called Palatine road...Palestine road and Didsbury was...Yidsbury. Appalling really, Hope y'all forgive me.

What's that club called jut off Palatine road on the way to Didsbury? Been in there a couple of times, absolute hellpit it is.
