And that’s the irony, they are practically begging fans to go the round robin games (I think I paid 20 quid for tonight), but when it gets to the late knockout stages they will price the ordinary fan out of buying tickets and if we get to the final hardly anyone will get a ticket because UEFA cronies will snag them all. So the message appears to be, come to games that mean little but you can’t come to the games that matter.

Most players and managers have been at clubs since being a kid. Their lives have been pretty pampered as regards having everything done for them and being well paid. They are out of touch with normal fans. Failing to go over and give thanks to the die hards who went out to the Ukraine doesn't help matters.

He is also one of our most consistent performers as well, i read on Saturday that he won back possesion for us more than any other player on the pitch.
He was Pep's first signing, he obviously rates him very highly and will be a key player for us this year.
