It's been Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner since I was about 25

You're an adopted Australian though. The general consensus thus far ís breakfast dinner n' tea being the right answer (to me). Each to their own though, pal.

Since living in the US, it’s now breakfast, lunch and dinner

Same for me in Aus. They laughed at me when I said I was popping out of the office for dinner at noon.
