The reason I say it is disgraceful is because they have 'changed the rules' at the last minute!
Had they given everyone the option of joining the cup scheme at the start of the season, with the knowledge those in it would get tickets first, and I never got one because I wasn't in it, I wouldn't moan!
The first point will be annoying but it's not really relating to this subject.
The second i'm with you, ideally City would have stipulated that being on the CS would jump you to the top of the queue for SF/F tickets.
But then with 35/6k ST holders and 31.5k tickets available, then i think City have seen the 25k attendances and thought they'd reward the ones who showed up throughout the run rather than picking and choosing and relying on being 10-20 years older with a longer history of following City allowing them to automatically pick the big games.
I think City have chosen a good time to do this; they've rewarded the people who pledged money up front, they ensured everyone should get a ticket should they want one and they've shown that continued loyalty will matter as well as long term loyalty.

I can agree with that mate, i'd also hope we fans didn't need that kind of incentive to ensure we turned up.
The first point I made as you said about people having enough points for the game.
Looking at this again, I will probably have enough points, (just under 2k) but even if I do get a ticket, it is STILL a disgraceful way to treat some fans who were there in the really dark days.
