He contributed to our downfall today i'm afraid, he has a a huge blind spot with regards Milner and seems to think we can just out play everyone, Liverpool were always going to start that game at such a high tempo everyone knew it, the first job today was competing and silencing the crowd

The ref was shit and we made some bad individual errors but it could been 4 or 5 before we even woke up

I'm not sure Pellegrini is making the decisions.
Is the DoF calling the shots?

He will be picking the team no doubt, i feel sorry for Milner he has limitations no doubt but certain games he is a no brainer, not sure what the boss is thinking some times

Well we got over run that 1st half . Why didn't Pellers start with Milner and Garcia instead of Nasri and Navas . That would have made more sense and playing Yaya nearer the forwards . Anyway you don't play an injured centre back in an important game . No excuses to today Pellergrini was at fault .

Bla bla over reaction but Pellers inst the man for me. Tactically naive and results count. Lovely guy but he doesn't seem to have that killer instinct. If we do go in to win the league I win eat humble pie.

No shame in admitting that the worry he's just a nearly man is almost outweighing the opposite now. Needs to get the team back in the groove to win the remaining games and cross all his fingers and toes, because he could have just pissed his best chance of major silverwear right up the wall.

Not over, but how the players respond will tell us a lot. Could still only finish third which would make for pretty grim viewing.

The fact is Pellegrini's team selection cost City the match today. Clueless just about sums it up.

Did he do any research into how liverpool play? They come at you from the start and he didn't set us up to weather the storm.Great effort from the lads second half
Not pellers finest hour
