Do you seriously think he won't be?

You never know in football but i would be amazed if he was sacked before the end of the season
To be honest if he isn't then questions need to be asked about our management team. 4 wins in 15 games is disgraceful. It's almost relegation form.

I think our owner has overrated our management team somewhat, like i said i would have sacked him months ago, i would certainly get rid now, these guys will ponder it during the summer, have lots of meetings and either keep him on or get another sheep dog in

I don't think he has much of a future here, but neither will he be sacked at this stage, and I'm ok with that, because;

I believe we'll win the next two comfortably.

Over the same period, Liverpool have three games, two away, so are likely to drop points.

Southampton have two tricky games and I doubt they'll get full marks either.

That ought to be enough to make the run in fairly comfortable.

He should walk and i'd imagine he's probably going to be on the phone a lot early this week trying to negotiate a deal with his agent to ensure he gets a pay off if he does, City won't want to sack him outright so I guess it will be a 'mutual decision for him to leave' with a golden handshake of what he would have earnt next year

I understand the buck stops with the manger and I think he probably should be gone after today.

Having said that those players out there should be unbelievably ashamed of that performance today,it was a complete disgrace. Where is the professional pride?it was disgusting to see them give so little when so many fans are counting on them.

Sad to say but he needs to go now , not least to see if the temporary manager, with fresh ideas, can get any more from the current players. It would be a shame to get rid of players who may have been adversely affected by Pellis ideas/treatment. Pity there are not more matches to play.
look at it this way, rwice in a row we took title, next season all at sea, well least bob got us up there, 2 different managers same players, roughly. common denominator is the players. certain players are just as responsible if not more, thank mp for what hes done, but sadly his time is up, we need either a strong manager that can stand up to the dressing room, or root and branch sort out, either way it may get messy

I agree with this and it bothers me. I don't have any blind devotion to Pellegrini if I get up tomorrow and he has gone so be it. It grates on me that people seem to accept the players have decided to down tools again or not playing for him, some even saying they don't blame them. If it was once maybe but twice with completely different managers it's not right. People will say he should motivate the players, it's his job. I would question whether players who have played at the highest standards of football should need that much motivating. Surely the position we find ourselves in at the moment should be enough.They are not children. People blame Pellegrini's calm manner but let's not forget Mancini would be apoplectic on the touchline and that didn't do him much good with them either. I am not absolving either managers of blame but be honest what we watched today was dire and I hold the players barring Fernandinho and Aguero as responsible if not more.

I couldn't really give a fuck what happens tbh, this whole club needs a kick up the arse and realise that throwing money at it has limited results.

Uniteds team wasn't a patch on ours but they fucked us with shear commitment and endeavour, sad to say it but the y looked like the united of old, sad day for our club, no doubt we will throw loads of money but won't buy fucking heart and desire.

Roll on the FA youth cup, these twats are doing my head in.
