Silva is out of position in that team with the players around him, he cannot offer balance and protection to the fullback, to play him there you have to make allowances, he did have a poor game but we lacked pace and intensity and fortunately in the middle of the park is the worst place, I love ya ya but that was as inept midfield performance as I have seen in a long while, caught on the ball endless times, poor passing, players running passed him with ease and contributed nothing up front, it's a huge conundrum for us and we don't have a guy that is willing to even address it

He won't drop him, if Pep wasn't in the frame he would have been fucking sacked 12 months ago.

It's all about the plan you know , let's just hope Pep is open to Thursday nights and Sunday's- Leicester imploding might just make it easier for him .

He tries bless him, and we'll see the 'he's classy and dignified' line (which he undoubtedly is) trotted out time and time again until the end of the season, but the reality is - he took the team as far as he could take them in his first season, mostly everything after that has been treading water.

We are amazing against teams that dont put the graft in, but its getting painful to watch us make inferior teams look like Barca week in and week out. What looks like a continual reliance on individual magic (i.e. Kun tonight) and the fact that we have 'technically better' players than most has gotten old as we continually get outworked. We are flat track bullies on a track that is far from flat.

Will be remembered fondly, but we desperately need the change that is (hopefully) on its way.

Why the "Poor Pellegrini being mistreated by nasty City" headlines make me laugh. Our away form alone is enough reason to sack him.

Yes! Seeing as they were all eqaukly shit. One wonders why Yaya is getting all the flak alone.

My apologies, pellars too.
Because it was predictable the pace of the agame would be a problem as we see this time and time again this season but some people refuse to see it

Toure has quality. But his weakness is pace. Therefore play him when that's less of a problem ie. off the bench. or play him in games which you can preduct will be played at a low intensity eg Norwich away when he's rested.

If you substitute someone for Toure in the team then I think the other players would improve. Toure has been made the central cog in this team. For years it was worthwhile. Now it is highly debateable.

Hard to feel any kind of emotion anymore.
A moribund manager inspiring nothing but apathy.

This, i've noticed the last month of games i've not shown any emotion at all during games. Not cheered when scored, not criticised when conceded. I just watch the games in silence. He and the fact that Pep is coming in a few months has sucked all life out of supporting City at the moment, i's like counting down the days slowly.

You'd think we were 10th with no threat of relegation and too behind the european places and out of all cups with the way i feel at the moment.

Clearly you haven't watched Norwkich of late. That said, when should we bench Silva or Aguero? Seeing as they've been quite shit of late too?

So true mate , City managers traditionally have connection with the fans, in turn getting the fans backing, this guy just appears to be passing through, has he ever acknowledged the support given to him by the fans ?

If silverware is about having a passionless unconnected boring manager with no connection to the people he's playing for then it's no surprise that fans couldn't give a shit whether he stays or goes .

Nice bloke but i will remember the trophys the team won under him but not him personally - a dour uninspiring manager.
