Yes he is. If the players don't want to play for him then he's a gonner,no matter what people say or think,the minute he loses the dressing room he's gone,and that moment is almost here my friend

I don't believe this because there's no reason for him to have lost the dressing room. He's not a Mancini who picks fights and bad mouths players to the press.

He's a calm collected manager, arguably one of the best this club has had/ will ever have. If these players can't be arsed playing for him then they're the ones who need fucking off.

strange bloody season;

seemingly no confidence at the club/players, no confidence in a lot of the fans, disorganisation on the pitch, attacking flair gone, conceding for fun.

fighting on four fronts.

weird.

I agree with your last point,there are too many not trying in my opinion,however you know how it works,there is no mass exodous of players at times like these,the manager is the one who gets potted,and will happen here as well,and you know what,I haven't and won't back MP but what I will say is this,all this Pep chat coming I'd be pissed off as well if I was MP

Can't see the guy being able to change our approach or level of performance for weekend let alone return leg. Was obvious at the game last night that we don't communicate as a team or take responsibility as individuals. No one won their individual battles last night. Worst thing is no one looked arsed. Everton players had a right pop at each other when one or other weren't doing their job we don't say anything to each other. Someone should be bollocking yaya when he lies prostrate on the ground or bollocking de bruyne for not getting back or bollocking otamendi for that pathetic dive which led to their first. We have no leaders on or off the pitch. We are totally devoid of personality as is our manager. Given the resources at our disposal Norwich away shouldn't be a fixture that worries us but I can't see us going there and winning. Everton must be looking forward to the next 2 fixtures against us because last night we barely troubled them. The myth that pellegrini is a great man manager has been well and truly exploded and we must have the worst back 4 of any team that would aspire to be regarded as a top European team. Individually our defenders cannot be as poor as they are playing it's because we literally have no shape or strategy. Not a single player has developed or improved under this guy and many look to be going backwards de bruyne and sterling in particular imo.

The Leadership issue is the biggest challenge we have, both on and off the pitch with this team. Hart was replaced by Cabellero last night which, goalkeeping prowess aside, sucked the last aspect of leadership out of this team. We just didn't have any left on the pitch. No Kompany doesn't just impact the defence, it also impacts the whole team ethos. We are also missing the likes of Zabba. There are other mentally strong players who we have lost and we have not replaced that capability. As a result we are just drifting, as there appears not to be a lot from the sidelines either. The team really do look bewildered.

Its because the top teams in the league are so poor this season. If it was any of the past seasons we would be 15 - 18 points off 1st I think. Would the happy clappers want Pellers to stay then?

Thank God we have you on the forum to remind us of what other people say. Would love to see you express an unsarcastic honest opinion one day soon. Won't hold my breath though.
Your lack of self awareness is astounding.
It's been mentioned many times that we're bound to put a run together - but why - based upon what? Because we've done it before?

Ignore my sarcastic posts - I certainly find it easy to ignore your flip flopping, juxtapositioning and realigning.
