Do you lose more points by getting beat by more than a couple of goals?

We have lost 5 games, 1 more than Arsenal who are sat top of the league just 3 points ahead.

Are we now saying we don't mind getting hammered by teams? Oh good, as long as I know.

Genuine question for you. I assume you were at the match last night, so who played well in your opinion.

Otamendi, Sterling, Fernando, a few had decent performances. I thought it was Otamendi's best performance so far.

And I don't understand why you responded to my post asking what in your opinion Pellegrini does, by saying I replied to the wrong post.

Who do you think though? This isn't some way of trying to drag an argument out btw - genuinely interested if your thoughts are echoing a couple of others.

For some reason karen, the thought of us playing better football right now but possibly being further behind for whatever reason and you being happier just doesn't sit im afraid.

We are in a very good position to go on and win the league and thats all that matters right now. yes we could be playing better and i think we will. Call me an optimist ;-)

I think Yaya is history like most. Zabba could well go as i think we need to strengthen in both full back positions. AK doesn't have the discipline required to play under Pep imo.

I honestly think we will cash in on a name as well this summer to help strengthen. I have no idea who might go but i just have a hunch and thats all it is.

I think Yaya could be gone as well and maybe Kolorov. I'd prefer to see Zabba stay because he's more than good enough for a Guardiola team. If a right back was to leave I'd prefer it to be Sagna - even though to his credit he's been very consistant this year. Nasri and Fernando are maybes. If we can get £30+ for the pair and free up decent wages to bring in better I'd be happy.
I'm more interested to see who he brings in than who might leave though. Can't wait for the Summer.

But our goals conceded is very much on a par over the last few seasons with minimal differences. Hart won the golden glove and so far this season we have 9 clean sheets in the league. Thats not me comparing to another side, its a fact and its a fact that flies in the face of the argument we cant defend.

Its the same with the we cant score any more argument a few are presenting whilst we are top scorers in the league. its a ridiculous thing to say.

Im not here to defend MP but i do feel i need to defend the club as so many have a downer on us right now for little or no real reason other than they have worked themselves up into a froth over a manager who is gone come the summer nay way and imo, its wasted energy.

Do I like him? Yes but come the summer he can go with some thanks and i cant fucking wait for the upgrade that is Pep.

It's funny isn't it. At one point we were being told that Pellegrini was great because of the great attacking football and we shouldn't be philistines by whinging on about results and all that silly nonsense. Now we are relatively tedious to watch and performing badly he's a great manager because he's keeping us hanging in there, well placed, tucked in just behind Leicester and you shouldn't be concerned about good perfomances or any of that silly nonsense.

I don't accept them from Pellegrini either. However knowing he's going in the summer I don't need to foam like a bellend for the next four or five months every time something isn't to my liking. I'd be a hypocrite if I was sat on here currently demanding that Pellegrini be given "one more year" because he won a title two years ago. I'd be a hypocrite if I demanded that anyone who thinks Pellegrini should be sacked should actually "fuck off and support Chelsea" or if I called them a "cancer on the club". Those things would make me a hypocrite. Not suggesting that I feel sorry for you because you've disappeared so far up your own rectum you can't see the stupidity of the things your posting or the myopic nature of your posts for almost a year now.

If people are not allowed to discuss him & give their opinions, good or bad, right or wrong, what is the fucking point of this place existing ?

An exercise in futility. People are having a natter about Pellegrini, you have fuck all to contribute, no answers for any kind of reasonable debate & you are here telling people not to talk about it.

I think this is one of the big reasons for the negativity here at the moment. We are all excited by the prospect of Guardiola and what changes he will bring,so that we can't wait for next season so Pellegrini is being judged against Pep and coming out badly and not against other premier league managers who aren't doing any better than he is, except Ranieri I suppose but would anybody swap Pellegrii for Ranieri ?.
