Got lucky MP,and am beginning to worry or shall I say quite concerned about his ability to continue with us,as said he/we got away with one yesterday, but the most obvious thing to me at 3.01 pm was that Kelechi would be hooked off at some point, absolute farce considering that donkey at the side of him was slashing at everything,it's becoming so predictable.

Don't get me wrong Sterling should have been on bench due to recent performances,we can all see that, and it was the right time to introduce him yesterday, but for the kid ? I don't think so

If you ever watch him during a game,I can sat level 2 in Colin Bell, you can see his mannerisms on the touch line, and you know what I think he would be a great basketball coach, cause all he does is waves his hands forward to every player, attack attack mentality all the time.

His days are numbered am afraid, and the Pep rumours are strong again this morning again I see

Can you just not accept that we dont blow every team away. Under Pellers we have played the best football that most have ever witnessed and we remain top of the league. Bony played a lot better than you are willing to admit, but that wouldn't fit your anti Bony / Pellegrini agenda.

pellegrini got it right again yesterday ( he often does ) natcho on his own against 3 experianced centre halfs ? norwich goal was a complete fluke, otherwise a nice easy 2/3 goal win ,all coming about becouse of the correct subs at the correct time by the manager ,well done pellegrini

Exactly that for me mosssideblue. Best football i have seen us ever play, i am also loathe to risk it for a small jump in performance.
Not against Ancelotti or Pep coming in but at the same time if it was my choice right now and i could choose any manager, i would stick. I am rather happy with my lot as it is with footy.

I think Pellegrini is brilliant basically.

Mate,I could manage that team,I ain't expecting us to BLOW every team away, supporting City for over 30 odd years will never allow me to have that wish, but in all fairness it's not great the style of how we are at times under him, sometimes smacking of desperation, thing is I'm convinced he'll be gone in summer, and as for Bony he could be gone sooner than that

Non City fan here, only caught the highlights. Did Pellegrini go with his kamikaze 442 yesterday or was it 4231 as whoscored.com report ?

Clearly the guy is getting plenty right, he comes across as an intelligent guy, and you don't win league titles in this league without having some managerial kahoonies, even with City's resources. But there are times when tactically he can come across as the Chilean Harry Redknapp. Very attacking but with a soupçon of lottery vulnerability about his approach. His approach often seems more individual centric than collective organisation.

That 442 he persisted with last year with Yaya in CM and Navas wide right, especially in some important games cost City the title and progression in the CL IMO.

3 experienced centre halfs who got 6 put up em at Newcastle ?,who we did by the same score a week or 2 before, the kid was doing fine, but as I said earlier you knew at 3.01pm he was gonna be brought off that pitch,so blatantly obvious,so no spot on about it for me,so easy sub for him to make, the kid should and could have been left on yesterday to gain more experience against a side that are going to be battling at the bottom end of the table this season

Thing that worried me yesterday, Bony had gone down injured and was limping but he still subbed off Nacho, yes it worked out in the end but if Biny he took a further knock he could have been out for Tuesday. For me Nacho up front with his speed with Sterling would have had Norwich even more on the back foot and the other players could have put the balls through for them to run onto, unlike Bony who looks like he's carrying a fridge in his back.

Yeah, I agree the style we play under him, we will never win anything. We'll even be lucky to get 40 points the way were playing.

Played a completely differently at Newcastle that game could have been 6-6
