I said it when he fucked off to play for Belgium the last time, his ego needs bursting. He just couldn't stand not be be involved in the Belgian qualification celebrations at our expense. Don't forget he had the same argument with Mancini back in 2012 as he's had with Pellegrini in 2015.

Some things never change...........
It's a fucking stretch trying to blame Kompany for today.
His latest injury was picked up in our last game. He didn't train or play in any of the recent internationals.

The thing is, I don't see him ever changing,
As good as he is, and as good as he could be, there could well be a point where we need to look to replace the guy,
Aguero is missing a lot, of course, but a centre half needs to play 95% of games if they are the captain and MAIN MAN...
I really don't see a way forward with him if he continues this front of the belgian 'hero'

If that's the case why the fuck wasn't he at CFA receiving treatment on his injury? Yet again he fucked off to be around the Belgian squad rather than put City as his priority.

Also where have I blamed him for today's defeat?

Never mind blaming kompany. look at the real problem. Kompany didn't pick the team, didn't set us up to get embarrassed and had nothing to do with the tactics. Today belongs in it's entirety to pellegrini. The fact that he says he would do the same again, whilst not surprising giving his track record of never learning from his mistakes should be enough for the powers that be to pull the trigger.

I'm not pellegrini's biggest fan and personally I would have sacked him at the end of last season. He is tactically inept and so naïve its unbvelivabke; anyone with half a brain must of seen how Liverpool played against Chelsea and known that's how they were going to set up against us, Delph & Fernandinho were a must in the midfield today to match the energy and work rate of the Liverpool midfield, strikingly resemblant to the Spurs away game when we were over run in midfield and it happens week in week out and luckily for MP individual brilliance masks the lack of organization within his team and tactic selections. The big games are his downfall, complete lack of respect for the opposition and too loyal to many under performing players, times when we have got it right tactically are usually when the selection is forced on MP with injuries and suspensions i.e Roma & Seville away in the champions league.

We must be looking at Ancelotti or Pep before others make their move but I cannot see us getting either - Pep to Chelsea or Arsenal, Carlo to Bayern - have we missed a trick with Klopp?

I don't know? Maybe he has more faith in the Belguim team doctors than the ones at the CFA...I'm only half joking there..
I just don't buy the line that he loves his national team more than City. I think he gives his all for club and country and his injuries have made him open to unneccessary grief.
If others feel differently(as they obviously do) then that's fair do's, I'm not going to change anyone's mind.

Well drop it then mate. Kompany has previous for putting glory with Belgium before being fit for City who pay his considerable wages.

I wouldn't mind if some of these matches were crucial, 2 of them were friendlies and the other was a meaningless dead rubber match after Belgium had already qualified for the Euro's, but yet he's had it with TWO managers over the same thing. It's just plain egotistical arrogance on his behalf.

Also I made an edit to my original response after you'd started you reply, where did I blame today's defeat on Kompany? I've been pissed off with his attitude toward us in respect to Belgium for the last 3 1/2 years!

I'm still struggling to get my head around the fact we conceded 4 goals at home to a mid table team with no recognised cf on the pitch.
