he's a man of integrity and I have respect for him but I've had enough of him as a coach/manager. He isn't up to it and we're going to waste this season when realistically Chelsea are done, rags aren't anything special Arsenal are a proper striker away from ever being a consistently dangerous team.

If we fail to win the league this year it is a huge opportunity wasted.

I'm sorry, but his time is up and he has to go, sooner rather than later.

In his first season he took over a good squad from Mancini and we were slightly fortunate to win the league... but well done Manuel , a league title and a domestic trophy was a great achievement and you certainly never got the recognition you deserved. That said, despite the money spent, the strength of the squad you have and the blustering start to the season, he had not displayed the tactical awareness we rightfully expect and dare I say it any evidence that he even studies the opposition before matches. He continually makes the same blindingly obvious mistakes game after game and never seems to recognise it.

He's had a fair crack of the whip and failed. We still could win silverware this year but I believe if we do it will be in spite of Pellegrini as opposed because of him.

Bye bye Manuel your time is up.

There's one simple question that needs to be asked when assessing a manager in his third season. Is the whole at least equal to the sum of the parts?

The answer in our case is no.

That just about sums it up. He is supposedly well liked from everyone from the players down to the tea lady. He has the best squad, the best first 11, the best training facility and the people behind him are the considered the best in the business. He has no excuse. Good managers get the best from what they have. Great managers tease and cajole more from what they have. Pellegrini is doing neither.

I know Mancini had his faults and yes, he had to go in the end, but at least when he was at the helm we seemed to have a game plan and a strategy in place on the pitch. Since Pellegrini took over, I seem to be watching a 'let's just pass the ball around and hope something happens' kind of thing. I couldn't believe how many times we had players looking at each other as if to say "now what?" in the dippers game and again tonight. I'd love to know what Pellegrini and Ruben are actually 'coaching' in training.

Klopp showed what an ordinary tactician he is and its not the first time he has been out thought out coached and been partly responsible for making good individuals look like school kids.

If we are not able to set up for a point in Europe as he did in part against Manure who were less than average going forward anyway that day costing us a chance against a side in the last 16 we might have a shot at beating over two leagues what hope have we got with him at the helm.

He will go for sure come seasons end and if we fall too far behind top spit this time he should go before seasons end.

The players are struggling to buy into any message he may be spinning now.

He is past his use by date at this club and should have gone last summer and been given a great send off for the good work he did in the two years.

The more we dawdle on inevitable appointments we need to improve the more we fall behind.

We are told our owners are honorable people, serious people planning for long term success. Everything off the pitch points to this.
They have good people running the commercial side but the footballing side i.e building a great team is slipping. Poor predictable signings and wasted opportunities .
Our owners deserve someone better to spend their money and manage their team.

Last few years we've stagnated really really bad. Players like Silva and Kun we've let down, it's criminal they've not got further than the last 16 they're both absolute world class and deserve to win at least one CL medals for their career. No idea why we signed Pellegrini at the time, that was the moment we needed to sign an elite manager and go forward full throttle. For the amount we've spent we should be on that elite level, scary how average we've become really.

Having more talent and consistently losing to inferior teams is not what City need. There are no moral victories, there are only victories and it's time to bring in somebody who can get the job done.

Cuz' the board's hellbent on getting Pep and Pellers was just a stop-gap. In turn, it led to our stagnation.
