You want to win the CL? Hire Rafa. The guy knows how to play European competition football.

While you are at it Khaldoon I would send Pep a copy of the holistic mission statement. Or get rid of Chappy. Your choice.

Not a huge Guardiola fan and reading this underlines why I am concerned that his reputation has been built on 3 once in a lifetime players.

Rafa's Napoli are 3-0 up away to Wolfsburg in the Europa.

Completely destroying them and Wolfsburg been in decent form recently too.

Rafas doing something right. I wouldn't bet against him grabbing another Europa.

According to many on here Rafa plays boring football. Pisses all over Pellegrini

The more I think about it the more I think Pep is in danger of being the legendary manager of Barcelona to an ultimately disappointing manager of Bayern Munich.

The way he cheered against us, the way he reacts to the slightest mistake from any player and now he treated that doctor makes me wary of Pep.

Plus it's not often mentioned how little time he's spent at these clubs and it's not necessarily guaranteed he's any less divisive than the likes of Mancini.

I think Mancini fell out with medical staff at City too

We could do with a manager who makes huge demands on those around him though. Obviously there's a balance.

Great cup manager, average league manager.

He isn't right for City in my opinion anyway.

Really is amazing how Bluemooners get influenced by one result. That was Napoli's 1st win in 6 games. Bayern lose -> doubts about Pep, Napoli win -> Rafa is great. Rafa would not be the worst interim, he has a better tactical brain than Pellegrini, but he is nothing special anymore despite tonight's impressive result (hey, Pochettino's Spurs battered Chelsea earlier this season). Last August, Napoli lost their Champions League qualifier to Athletic Bilbao with Rafa in charge.

Dr. Müller-Wohlfahrt has been at Bayern since 1977. Treats SuperStars from all sports. For him to leave this way: BIG NEWS...

I reckon Pep might call it a day if Bayern get knocked out of the CL next week, tensions seem high.

I reckon if it happens Txiki will be on the phone to him at an instant and emailing him a contract over.
