mansour's tow ropes said:How the hell did the keepers cover nearly 3 miles in an 18 yard box? Especially when they didn't come rushing out of their box once.
Can some maths boffin work out how many lengths/laps of an 18 yard box that is?
Hart = 40.08 laps of the box
Width= 40.3 mtrs (44 yards (18 yards + 8 yards + 18 yards)
Length 16.5 mtrs (18 yards)
40.3 +40.3+ 18+18 = 116.6 metres per lap.... Ooops 40.3 +40.3 + 16.5 + 16.5 = 113.6
Hart did 4554 metres / 116.6 = 30.05 4554 /113.6 = 40.08 laps =
Chec did 39.48 laps (sorry 40.52 laps)
This conclusively shows that chec must be the better, more hard working keeper, and that hart is crap ; )
Sorry I forgot to convert 18 yards to metres on my first attempt
