Do you agree with the announcement timing of pep to city?

Bayern just said he was leaving it was us who annouced it, before that it was just press speculation on who he may join, i think we didnt help our cause at all with that and gave players a chance to taking things for granted like some of them did in manchini's last year

Not sure what else anyone could've said or done once that happened.
As I've said in other threads, why would you not try and make a good impression for your new boss?
Or if you have been told that you're not in his plans, why would you not show the world what you're capable of?
Unless everyone is under instructions to play utter wank so that Pep has a lower base to start from, therefore making him look like the true saviour of MCFC.

I can't imagine how I'd be feeling if Pep wasn't coming here after this turd of a season. . .

Totally out of the blue at the end of a routine press conference he blurted out he was leaving. Allegedly the club had no idea he was going to announce it and hastily had to prepare and issue their statement

Ok, he never said pep was coming but it was his unnecessary statement that forced the clubs hand

If Pep wasn't coming in first place, then Pellegrini would have got the sack at the end of 2014-15 season and replaced by another top manager, like Ancelotti. This shit season was the price of getting Pep, lets hope its worth it.

The club statements were handed out to the press there and then and straight on sky news so the club were not caught cold
