I completely gave up sugar post-covid unless naturally occurring in the foods I eat. Quite difficult for the first few weeks then like I never consumed it. It was a part of dramatically changing my lifestyle and never looked back.Suprised a few saying they’ve completely given up on sugar - do you mean just chocolate/sweets ? As there is lots of sugar in most Breads, Milk, Cereal, Yogurts, Sauces & dressings prob loads more.
