It's a 4 page document which is politically motivated and in some places contradicts human rights legislation. The secretary of state can determine a minimum level of service on a strike day and the TOC can give the union ,4 days notice with a list of staff conscripted to come in and work. Should they refuse it will be classed as breach of contract and dismissal.

Wonder if his 3 mates he brought in from JLR last year will stay though, if so nothing changes.Probably with a lucrative pay off as he jumps to his next corporate gig. No doubt the magic money tree will get a shake to welcome his successor too. Business as usual in short.
