Do you support the RMT?

Fucking scandalous that pal, they are a set of cunts
It's a 4 page document which is politically motivated and in some places contradicts human rights legislation. So when the union fight it in court this increasingly authoritarian government will use that to stoke up the gammons that the EU is still controlling us etc.

Not the current law then? Because that is some fucked up shit
The one that's currently going through parliament. The Lord's have just sent it back with amendments to remove that clause and two others. However they can ignore it.

The secretary of state can determine a minimum level of service on a strike day and the TOC can give the union ,4 days notice with a list of staff conscripted to come in and work. Should they refuse it will be classed as breach of contract and dismissal.

well until it becomes law calling in a sickie is fine

All call in sick with stress

fuck that just don't turn up.......no reason....... fuck 'em. What are they going to do sack everyone and commit business suicide? Just up to unions to protect members when they return to work from any victimisation - play them at their own game

Probably with a lucrative pay off as he jumps to his next corporate gig. No doubt the magic money tree will get a shake to welcome his successor too. Business as usual in short.
Wonder if his 3 mates he brought in from JLR last year will stay though, if so nothing changes.

staff just stay firm and united against the changes - the reason he is disillusioned with the job is it turns out he cannot push through his ideology and defeat the unions and the disputes highlighted how ill suited he is to the job - out of his depth - amateurish

This is the Huw Merriman reference to whom as the local MP on last nights QT resulted in guffaws of derision from the audience

Whoever can make decisions on all sides need to sit in a locked room and not let out until an agreement has been reached. Been going on for far too long now.
