I think it's something that needs looking at, although to be fair whatever system is put in place there will be people who feel hard done to, what needs looking into more is how the ticket office is run, everytime you speak to a different member of staff you get a different answer to the same question, also the amount of time they take to put new points criteria in place for example united away, they still ain't sure what they are doin with the 2000 tickets that we've still got left
