Do you think the loyalty point loyalty system is fair?

I think us lot who made the trip up to boro in those conditions today deserve a hundred extra points or so ;-)
This. ;)

Back on topic though, I think that it's the best system in the league, far superior to other teams dealings. I have just over 3500 and my son has 2400. I could get tickets to the majority of games bar Un*ted, but my son would struggle for some. We both have season tickets and have been to every cup game this season apart from Crystal Palace.

If I didnt get to Wemberly with my son I would be fuming. But we would surely get tickets.

IMO, I think the 3rd rounds ties against Scunthorpe when nobody turns up should have 50 points and the quarter finals against Arsenal should be the usual 10.

This ^^^^^

Other than making this consideration, I think it's spot on.

So 5 times as many points for purchasing far cheaper tickets? Scunthorpe in the FA Cup/Carling Cup won't be £35+ whereas Stoke in the league will be, so why reward the cup game with more points?

the thing that gnaws at me is that people with fewer points can get them through the supporters club when people with a higher number of points can't
then to compound it some of these 'so called' supporters sell them on here, often at inflated prices

Tickets on Bluemoon CAN'T be sold for inflated prices, face value (or face value plus any booking fee paid) only.

Yes, its not always about the pounds as it would be nice and help drum up further support if people who went miles away in the freezing cold were rewarded a little bit extra for their support.

Wait, aren't you like a bit young to have a son?!
