Out of curiosity, does anyone know of a player refusing to come on before? On this level? Or is this a shocking first?
Van Hojdonk ?? Went on strike at forrest but nothing like this

Re: Apology

Wow herman thinks by showing the club, manager, fans up on the biggest day in my, our lifetime.

Then giving some bullshit apology it`s all ok.

So what i saw was a lie then oh well then thats ok then.

NOT, FUCK OFF TEVEZ.

Hope you understand that then.

Re: Carlos Tevez [Merged]

I'd have his contract terminated this morning.

As much as I'd love to watch him suffer, I don't want that scum associated with our club. He has to go today.

I think Mansour has probably had enough of losing big bucks on a host of players. I maybe in a minority here but it'll be really frustrating if they just wash their hands of Tevez without conducting some sort of investigation into the incident. I think it's now clear that the reason was Tevez felt he was ready to go on straightaway but Mancini wanted him to warm up some more of which Tevez declined? Which is a bit different from Mancini's events.
He should do as he is told, no ifs.no buts. As a professional athlete he has to warm up. Have you a short memory? This is a man that has neen doing everything he can to leave. What he has failed to understand, because he is stupid is that a, no one can afford him, b, no one wanted him and c; who the fuck will take him now?

Re: Apology

The whole thing appears to have been pre-planned in order to drive down his transfer fee in January.
Not one but two apparently pre-prepared statements?
The use of the currently trendy corporate gobbledegook "Going forward"?
This whole stunt was probably dreamed up by Tevez and Kia the Pimp after he didn't get on the field against Everton.

How is that version of events 'now clear'?

Anyway, refusing to warm up is just as bad. Mancini is the manager FFS

Re: Apology

No doubt at this moment Kia is looking into this, trying to find a way to urn the ship in favour for his wallet, and for Carlos.

He will probably make Carlos look like a heartbroken victim being unfairly treated by he manager and club.

FORZA MANCINI!
LONG LIVE MANCHESTER CITY!

Re: Apology

Send him to train with the reserves, don't play him in any reserve games though and leave him there for the rest of his contract. The club really needs to send out a message that this sort of behaviour will not be tolerated. If we sell him in the January window Tevez has got his wish, fuck him, don't let him get his own way. The club may lose out on a few million in a fee but thats a small price to pay.

I really can't buy this.
This stunt has devalued Tevez The Brand by millions.
He is damaged goods now.
For Kia to suggest this would be like a pimp throwing battery acid in the face of his biggest earning working girl.
Although in the case of Tevez he clearly wouldn't need to throw the battery acid.
