Does my next door legally own her cat's excrement.

Thinking about it logically; it cannot be theft as cat poo is not property; it cannot be assault because you are not inflicting unlawful violence upon another; it may fall under the Public Order Act 1986, but it I would suggest it definitively cannot be sections 1,2 4 & 5 and cannot by any reasonable analysis be section 3, affray, so unless there is some fairly obscure regulatory offence, you might be ok.

Disseminating cat poo is never nice or advisable, however.

An ex-neighbour had a cat that was hard as fuck. Used to shit in my flower beds while I squirted water from a super soaker in its face from feet away. Just continued with a 'fuck you' look in its face.

They go into an odd trance when they are curling out their toxic waste. Yet another reason why the creepy song bird murdering fuckers are so strange. I get this problem too. I was cutting the grass after work yesterday and ended up going over a cat turd. My God it stunk, had to bleach out the kitchen floor after it because I must have walked in a bit of it and it stank for hours. When I put the mower in the garage, the offending vermin was sat on the bonnet of my new car warming its stinking dirty teatowel holder on it. Hate cats me.

I live in the country with one neighbour who also has a cat and so this is not an issue for me. I had never had a cat, but my missus thought one would keep me company as I was working from home.

I wasn't over the moon, but the little bastard won my cynical heart. I absolutely love her and if anybody deliberately harmed her I would fucking end them.

FFS in law cats have the 'right to roam' and the Animals Act 1971 does not apply to them so they cannot be trespassing on your lawn. You also cannot harm them in any way of course. Google 'cats and the law'. It's fucking unbelievable that they have this exemption.

Like a tree that grows over into your garden I believe you are allowed to trim branches but legally have to return them to the owner of the tree.

Now next doors cat keeps encroaching on my flower garden and having a mocking bird of the flightless kind.

2 week ago whilst her next door was waffling away her cat came over to my garden and shit right in the centre of my lawn...I pointed this out and full of apology she said i can't believe it, my cat doing that, i'll pick it up.

Now i have only lived here 3 month but i'm about to resort to a catapult method of returning it.
Can i claim to be returning her property?

If you own a cat and you let it out of your house without a lead, YOU ARE A ****...There is no appeal, no court of human rights, Live with it.

I know a couple of people that own the horrible fuckin things, they keep them indoors, they shit in a tray bagged tagged and recycled. Cats happy(of course it is, it has a much revered relative that goes weeks without food, tabby just has to rub against the leg of a socially awkward human and it gets human quality food.

If i put some mesh down under the bark and wire and 18v dewalt battery to it...will it harm the battery and or deter the feline shitter?
Is this you by any chance?

Since 2015 the M25 cat killer, also known as the Croydon cat killer, has mutilated over 250 animals across the UK.
An animal rescue charity has warned that a nationwide cat killer has now struck in Tameside.

The South Norwood Animal Rescue Liberty (SNARL) specialises in rescuing abandoned animals in south London and has previously spoken out about after over 250 animals were mutilated across the UK.
And SNARL now believe that Dukinfield in Manchester is the latest area to have been targeted after two cats were recently found dead in the area.

Both animals had been severely mutilated with their heads and tails chopped off.

We have a cat on the street, a grey tiger looking thing. We moved in April time, caught it shitting on my freshly laid turf about a month later. I flung the shit (with a spade) into next door's garden. They haven't moved in yet. Cat now uses it as a toilet.

I also bought one of these things and it hasn't been back since.

You can get stuff to deter the cat. Breaks the habit and will go elsewhere. Or try pepper.
