FFS in law cats have the 'right to roam' and the Animals Act 1971 does not apply to them so they cannot be trespassing on your lawn. You also cannot harm them in any way of course. Google 'cats and the law'. It's fucking unbelievable that they have this exemption.

Like a tree that grows over into your garden I believe you are allowed to trim branches but legally have to return them to the owner of the tree.

Now next doors cat keeps encroaching on my flower garden and having a mocking bird of the flightless kind.

2 week ago whilst her next door was waffling away her cat came over to my garden and shit right in the centre of my lawn...I pointed this out and full of apology she said i can't believe it, my cat doing that, i'll pick it up.

Now i have only lived here 3 month but i'm about to resort to a catapult method of returning it.
Can i claim to be returning her property?

I know a couple of people that own the horrible fuckin things, they keep them indoors, they shit in a tray bagged tagged and recycled. Cats happy(of course it is, it has a much revered relative that goes weeks without food, tabby just has to rub against the leg of a socially awkward human and it gets human quality food.


If i put some mesh down under the bark and wire and 18v dewalt battery to it...will it harm the battery and or deter the feline shitter?

Nothing worse than the dog owners creeping around letting their dogs shit everywhere and just leaving it and sneaking off whilst looking shadey. Someone near me even put a sign up, can you please not let your dog keep shittin in the middle of my drive !

Since 2015 the M25 cat killer, also known as the Croydon cat killer, has mutilated over 250 animals across the UK.
An animal rescue charity has warned that a nationwide cat killer has now struck in Tameside.

The South Norwood Animal Rescue Liberty (SNARL) specialises in rescuing abandoned animals in south London and has previously spoken out about after over 250 animals were mutilated across the UK.
And SNARL now believe that Dukinfield in Manchester is the latest area to have been targeted after two cats were recently found dead in the area.

Both animals had been severely mutilated with their heads and tails chopped off.

I like dogs but where I live too many dog owners let them shit where they like and not tidy up after them, or even worse they bag it up and then drop the bag on the pavement, how fucking brainless is that? I don't mind cats, as has been said there are devices to put them off using your garden as a toilet although they should all be wearing a bell collar to give the birds fair warning!

In my view anyone carving up a cat or a dog is equally capable of doing that to a small child, lock them up and throw away the key.

Fuck me, dogs and their awkward bastard owners are a much bigger problem with dogshit all over many corners. I realise it's not all but the problem is much worse.
