Doesn't sound like its going well...

noi non siamo napolitani!!
was at juve napoli last year at the olimpico..... was pretty interesting. didn't encounter any grief myself cause i was at the other end of the ground but looked like there was a major fight at half time and the stadium was more empty for the second half.

Arson, muggings and car theft. Beswick, Collyhurst & Gorton comes to Naples.

You really don't know what you talking about...kopite just give a little picture of what Napoli is.

It is a beautiful City but some scumbags ruin it.....sad to say.

I hope all goes well for City supporter.

I am a Napoli supporter and I am telling you that most of the supporter a good people....but be aware that 10 % of napolitan live by mugging turists or making some "illegal job".

Just don't walk in the street during night...it will do the trick. Daytime is safe

Just about to set off on the coach, e expect a very slow journey, more so after the game.

Here goes :(

We do have a full police escort.

Set off where, to the ground at this time?

From sorrento to Napoli , will go straight to stadium.

How? you need to pass through the city center, don't go to "Stazione Centrale" that is central station, don't take the metro, don't take busses. get a taxi to port as from there you will be escorted to the stadium free, it is the safest option.

Otherwise take a boat to Pozzuoli then a taxi to the stadium is 5-10 minutes ride.

Good luck from a Napoli supporter

Good luck Bill - same goes for everyone else too. Sounds like if you're in a police escort things should be relatively safe. I just hope those travelling to the stadium independently have a safe journey too.

You really don't know what humour is. I've just given a picture of Gorton, Beswick & Collyhurst.
