Rules is rules and they apply to everyone even that **** Cummings and his family...........well the last bit of that was more implied lol !! He did say he was happy to speak on a political matter though. The minute he had answered Oliver Dowden went " right thats it lads we're off " - clearly told if Cummings crops up end the presser.
 
events today show that British common sense is something the govt hoped would be deployed - rather like the invisible PPE we didn't have and the hope that we would believe Cummings. Desperate to get Cummings off the front pages Johnson announced on Thursday a slight lifting of lock down to come into force and the public have responded in kind - hot weather packed beaches and traffic jams. Just imagine what it will be like when non-essential shops open !!

More and more deaths are now guaranteed because Johnson put Cummings and PR above Public Health. There will be a reckoning for all this.

I'd like to think so but as Cummings is pushing using JRM to pass bills with only 50 MP's able to scrutinise were in for a proper shafting. Unless the Social Media generation get off their phones demanding change and actually take to the streets for it.

This is actually the real worrying thing about it, that we actually have an unelected person in charge of the country.

As Ian Hislop said, if he's just an advisor to the PM, why is he claiming that it was so important for him to get back to London to make decisions? Why is this unelected man making decisions on behalf of the people?


Why earlier in the pandemic when asked a direct question twice at a press conference, did one of the scientific advisors refuse to answer whether Dominic Cummings was contributing at SAGE meetings?



It's pretty obvious from that response that Stephen Powis had been briefed to cover for Mr. Cummings even back in February.
 
News today that Dom's dads "spare" bungalow has been built without planning permission and he pays no council tax on it. The main house has been extended without planning permission too - all in a conservation area............he should have made it into a donkey sanctuary really.

It what I keep saying about lying - to be good at it you have to be much better at it than Cummings is.
