You've probably got him open the first count but on the second a) it was the child and b) he only said he needed the toilet, not that he actually did anything. And I didn't know that pissing in the woods was a crime!!

So he had been cleared as no longer sick, but felt even though he could drive up feeling ill he wasn't able to drive back without first testing that.

Fine have a 5 min drive round the block I would say makes sense, nah I will possibly endanger my wife and child by driving them 30 minutes to a tourist spot.

Oh and forget to mention it was his wifes birthday that day and having a day out for it had nothing to do with it.
