I don't accept that our current opportunities in life are dictated by our skin colour. That's bollocks. To take that to task, every non-black person could be taking the knee because the NFL and NBA are absolutely dominated by non-whites.

The take a knee protests in America are about police brutality and the existence of some successful black people is not proof that discrimination doesn't exist especially when those successful people are in industries that entertain white folk like sports and music.

Like you I don't believe that cops go out to shoot black kids BUT this is a gross over simplification of a complex issue.
